Learn how to brew healthy, fizzy gut-enriching kombucha, as well as kimchi, the ancient Korean fermented vegetable dish. Amy will guide you through every step of the way so you can make both kimchi and kombucha at home with confidence, and how to incorporate them into your every day life. Who can book: This is a fun and easy class for those who are first time fermenters, as well as those who are looking for a bit of guidance or hands-on experience. These classes work well as a corporate team-building activity, or group activity for those wanting a day off from hitting the slopes. No minimum numbers required. Suitable for adults and teenagers 16+.
